The invention provides a steel truss mounting system and a steel truss mounting method, and relates to the technical field of steel truss mounting. The steel truss mounting system comprises a plurality of air cushion lifting columns and an air inflation device, each air cushion lifting column comprises a plurality of lifting air cushions which are arranged in a stacked mode, and the air inflation device can inflate the lifting air cushions. When the steel net rack needs to be installed, firstly, according to the installation height of the steel net rack needing to be lifted, lifting air cushions are selected and matched, and the lifting air cushions are laid in a preset position from bottom to top in a stacked mode; integrally splicing the steel net rack on the ground on which the lifting air cushion is paved; the air inflation device inflates the lifting air cushions from bottom to top in sequence, so that the steel net rack is lifted to a preset mounting height; and a steel net rack support is installed, and the steel net rack is installed on the steel net rack support. According to the steel net rack mounting system, the steel net rack can be lifted, so that the steel net rack is convenient to mount.
