The invention relates to an adjusting device for mounting a cantilever beam, which is used for mounting a prefabricated component and comprises a pre-embedded component and an adjusting component. The pre-embedded assembly is mounted on the prefabricated part in a pre-embedded manner; the adjusting assembly is connected with the prefabricated part through the pre-embedded assembly so that the adjusting assembly can support and position the prefabricated part, the adjusting assembly comprises a first triangular structure formed in a first plane and a second triangular structure formed in a second plane, and a first preset included angle is formed between the first plane and the second plane. Due to the arrangement of the adjusting assembly, the adjusting assembly plays a role in supporting and positioning the prefabricated component, so that the problem that plane positioning and elevation adjustment of an existing large cantilever component are difficult is solved, the first triangular structure and the second triangular structure of different planes are facilitated through the arrangement of the adjusting assembly, and the structure of the adjusting assembly is more stable; and therefore, the prefabricated part can be better supported.
