The invention discloses a structural design scheme arranged in an elevator type stereo garage in an annular arrangement state and capable of giving consideration to the function of a haze removal tower. At least five independent parking spaces (2) are vertically arranged from the middle of a vertical elevator lifting shaft (3) to the left side and from the right side of the vertical elevator lifting shaft (3) in two rows. A three-in-one garage group is formed and is arranged in an annular arrangement state, and a main body part of a haze removal tower project is formed at the surrounding central part, so that a double-function synthetic complex with a combined property is finally formed by single-type project entities of the stereo garage objectively and has dual purposes; the left sides and the right sides of the vertical boundaries on the two sides of the three-in-one garage group are connected with other similar parts to form vertical haze removal holes (1) with at least one pentagon in the middle. The method is particularly suitable for being implemented in cities or urban lively areas.
