The invention provides a pushing door lock structure. The pushing door lock structure comprises a pushing door handle, a linkage mechanism and a driving frame. The pushing door handle is fixed on a door plate and is provided with a pushing part; the linkage mechanism is provided with a rotating frame and a linkage piece, the rotating frame is pivoted on the pushing and pressing door handle, the rotating frame is provided with a linkage end part and a pivoting end part, and the linkage piece is provided with a pivot groove pivoted on the pivoting end part; the driving frame is arranged on the pushing and pressing part and is provided with a shifting part which is connected with and abuts against the linkage end part. When the pushing and pressing part is pushed and pressed by external force, the driving frame is linked to move, the shifting part drives the rotating frame to rotate, and then the linkage piece is linked to move to an unlocking position.
