According to the door opening and closing anti-pinch protection device for the mobile vending service robot, when an operator takes goods to be sold and puts limbs into a gap between a left door plate and a right door plate due to misoperation when the door of the robot is closed, the limbs of the operator are detected through conductive materials arranged in the left door plate and the right door plate; at the moment, the touch detection PCB issues a signal, the electric push rod stops the door closing action and moves reversely to the door opening position of the left metal detection switch, and the door closing action is conducted again every two seconds. When an object is placed in a gap between the left door plate and the right door plate when the door of the robot is closed, the left door plate and the right door plate make contact with the object, and the current value of the electric push rod motor is increased at the moment. When the door is closed, the current detection PCB sends a signal, the electric push rod stops the door closing action and moves reversely to the door opening position of the left metal detection switch, and the door closing action is conducted again every two seconds. Therefore, the device is simple in structure, high in working reliability and easy to popularize in the market.
本发明公开一种移动售货服务机器人开关门防夹保护装置,当操作者拿取售货商品时由于误操作在机器人关门时将肢体放在所述左门板、右门板缝隙时,通过所述左门板、右门板内设的导电材料检测到操作者的肢体,此时所述触摸检测PCB板下发信号,所述电动推杆停止关门动作,并反向运动到所述左金属检测开关开门位置,间隔2秒再次进行关门动作。当在机器人关门时有物品放在所述左门板、右门板缝隙时,所述左门板、右门板与物品接触,此时所述电动推杆电机电流值增大。所述电流检测PCB板下发信号,所述电动推杆停止关门动作,并反向运动到所述左金属检测开关开门位置,间隔2秒再次进行关门动作。故本例结构简单,工作可靠性高,容易在市场上推广。
