The invention discloses a dry-type phase change heat storage type floor radiation heating tail end which sequentially comprises a heat preservation layer, an aluminum plate heat conduction layer, a heating coil, a shape-stabilized phase change material layer and a ground layer from bottom to top and is mainly used for heating village and town buildings in winter. Wherein the heat preservation layer adopts a dry type floor heating module with a prefabricated groove, and the heating coil is embedded in the heat preservation layer to transfer heat to the aluminum plate heat conduction layer and the phase change material layer through heat conduction. The phase-change material layer adopts high-density polyethylene modular shaping packaging, and keels are adopted for supporting between modules, so that the leakage-proof and pressure-bearing requirements of the phase-change material are met. Through heat storage of the phase change material in the tail end, the starting time of the floor radiant heating system can be effectively shortened, the utilization rate of renewable energy sources such as solar energy is increased, the power load peak-valley difference is reduced, and the purposes of saving energy, reducing emission and saving operation cost are achieved.
本发明公开了一种干式相变蓄热型地板辐射供暖末端,末端从下至上依次为保温层、铝板导热层、加热盘管、定形相变材料层、地面层,主要用于村镇建筑冬季供暖。其中保温层采用具有预制沟槽的干式地暖模块,加热盘管嵌于其中通过导热向铝板导热层与相变材料层传热。相变材料层采用高密度聚乙烯模块化定形封装,模块与模块之间采用龙骨支撑,以满足相变材料的防泄漏和承压要求。本发明通过末端中相变材料的蓄热,可以有效减少地板辐射供暖系统开启时间、提高太阳能等可再生能源利用率、降低电力负荷峰谷差距,达到节能减排、节省运行费用的目的。
