Thermal insulation material and method for producing same
The thermal insulation material comprises a dehydration condensation reaction product of sodium silicate, high-alumina cement and smoked charcoal. The thermal insulation material preferably contains one or more selected from the group consisting of silica-based hollow spheres, silicate minerals, and diatomaceous earth. The heat insulating material has, for example, a plate-like form. In the manufacturing method of the thermal insulation material, raw materials containing sodium silicate, high-alumina cement and smoked charcoal are heated, so that the sodium silicate is subjected to dehydration condensation reaction.
隔热材料包含硅酸钠的脱水缩合反应产物、高铝水泥及熏炭。隔热材料较佳包含选自由二氧化硅系中空球、硅酸盐矿物及硅藻土所组成的群组中的一种以上。隔热材料例如具有板状的形态。隔热材料的制造方法中,通过将包含硅酸钠、高铝水泥及熏炭的原料加热,使硅酸钠产生脱水缩合反应。
