The invention relates to an asphalt concrete pavement surface layer mineral powder producer. The problem that the working efficiency is affected due to the fact that existing mineral powder production equipment cannot achieve automatic cleaning is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, when mineral powder is produced, the mineral powder attached to the two sides of a guide blade is cleaned through impact between large mineral powder particles (not meeting the discharging requirement) and the guide blade, and it is ensured that a large number of mineral powder layers cannot be attached to the surface of the guide blade (influencing the discharging efficiency); in addition, the speed of the airflow containing powder can be increased when the airflow containing the powder passes through the two adjacent guide blades, and therefore production of mineral powder with coarse particles can be achieved without starting a rotating ring (electric energy is saved, and energy consumption is reduced).
