Residential apartment with three-layer small-storey-height space group
A residential apartment with a three-storey small-storey-height space group is in a double-storey space group in which spaces in two vertically adjacent storeys form a house in a low-storey, multi-storey and high-storey residential or apartment building. A part of the space is selected to be used for arranging one or a plurality of upper-layer, middle-layer and lower-layer small-storey-height space groups consisting of small upper-layer spaces, small middle-layer spaces and small lower-layer spaces, so that a group complex which comprises upper-layer and lower-layer conventional spaces and one or a plurality of three-layer small-storey-height space groups is formed in an upper-layer and lower-layer space group forming one family. According to different using properties and function requirements of the spaces of all the parts, the etiquette main space is made to be high, spacious, bright and elegant, high-end using functions and quality grades are manifested, and the pure functional and service space is made to be low in floor height under the condition that the using function requirements are met. The engineering construction cost can be greatly reduced, waste of resources such as building materials is reduced, and carbon emission of a construction project is reduced.
