The invention provides a heating structure which comprises a conductive fiber layer and two electrodes, the conductive fiber layer is of a porous fiber structure and can be electrified for heating, and the two electrodes are both connected with the conductive fiber layer; the conductive fiber layer is coated with a first oil guide fiber layer, the conductive fiber layer and the first oil guide fiber layer are sequentially stacked and connected from inside to outside, the first oil guide fiber layer is of a porous fiber structure, and the surface of the first oil guide fiber layer is coated with an aluminum nitride layer; or the conductive fiber layer is coated with an aluminum nitride layer. The conductive fiber layer and the first oil guide fiber layer are both of a porous fiber structure and have good heating capacity and oil guide capacity, the first oil guide fiber layer, the conductive fiber layer and the aluminum nitride layer can be all of a thin-wall structure, the thickness of the heating structure can be reduced, the aluminum nitride layer also has good heat conduction performance, tobacco paste can be rapidly atomized into tobacco tar, and the heating effect is good. And the atomization effect of the heating structure is improved. The invention further provides a preparation method of the heating structure and an electronic cigarette atomizer.
