Self-compacting lightweight concrete based on modified rubber and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to self-compacting lightweight concrete based on modified rubber and a preparation method of the self-compacting lightweight concrete. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, 450-500 parts of cement, 60-80 parts of mineral powder, 40-50 parts of microbeads, 40-50 parts of fly ash, 50-60 parts of silica fume, 550-700 parts of river sand, 0-130 parts of rubber particles, 470-540 parts of ceramsite, 140-160 parts of water, 50-120 parts of steel fibers, 16-20 parts of a water reducing agent and 0-1 part of a thickening agent. The rubber particles are modified rubber particles, and the modification mode of the rubber particles is that the rubber particles are soaked in a polyvinyl acetate modifier solution, and the rubber particles are aired and stored after being fully soaked in the modifier solution. The self-compacting lightweight concrete based on the modified rubber has the advantages of light weight, high strength, high toughness, crack resistance, proper viscosity, easiness in pumping construction and the like.
本发明涉及一种基于改性橡胶的自密实轻质混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土单方按重量份数计包括:水泥450‑500份、矿粉60‑80份、微珠40‑50份、粉煤灰40‑50份、硅灰50‑60份、河砂550‑700份、橡胶颗粒0‑130份、陶粒470‑540份、水140‑160份、钢纤维50‑120份、减水剂16‑20份、增稠剂0‑1份;橡胶颗粒为改性后的橡胶颗粒,橡胶颗粒的改性方式为:将橡胶颗粒浸泡于聚乙酸乙烯酯改性剂溶液中,橡胶颗粒充分浸润改性剂溶液后晾干保存。本发明的基于改性橡胶的自密实轻质混凝土具有轻质高强、高韧抗裂以及粘度适宜易泵送施工等优点。
