The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt mixture production, in particular to a system and a process for preparing solid epoxy modified asphalt for roads and bridges, the system comprises a stock bin, a resin heating device, a static mixing container, an asphalt storage tank, a mixture mixing cylinder, a first feeding mechanism and a metering feeding mechanism, according to the device, the solid epoxy component A and the solid epoxy component B are mixed, melted and heated into the epoxy melt, one part of the epoxy melt is mixed with the aggregate, so that the surface of the aggregate is firmly coated with a layer of solid epoxy melt, and the other part of the epoxy melt is mixed with the active asphalt to form the solid epoxy modified asphalt with good stability; according to the solid epoxy modified asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention, the-COOH group in the active asphalt and the epoxy group in the solid epoxy melt coated on the surface of the aggregate are subjected to chemical reaction to form firm chemical bond connection, and finally a firm structure of the aggregate, the solid epoxy melt and the solid epoxy modified asphalt is formed from inside to outside, so that the quality of the solid epoxy modified asphalt mixture is improved.
