The invention discloses a road maintenance line drawing device. The device comprises a bearing vehicle; a pretreatment system; and a spraying system. The pretreatment system comprises a carbon dioxide storage tank, a water storage tank, a water treatment tank, a high-pressure pump and a second nozzle group; the pretreatment system can fill water with carbon dioxide, so that a certain amount of carbonic acid is generated in water in a water treatment tank, the whole carbonic acid is acidic, then the carbonic acid is sprayed to a to-be-drawn area on the road surface through a second nozzle pipe group by a high-pressure water pump, ash and other impurities in the to-be-drawn area are cleaned, and meanwhile an acidic aqueous solution can slightly corrode the surface layer of the road surface; a large number of micropores are formed in the surface layer of the pavement, the pavement becomes rough, the coating and the surface layer of the pavement are combined more tightly and are not prone to fading, and the maintenance period of line drawing is greatly prolonged.
