According to the technical scheme, the bridge damping device is characterized in that a slidable connecting and limiting mechanism is arranged between a left spherical hinge seat and an outer cylinder sleeve extension section, longitudinal free sliding between the damping device and a bridge girder in the designed limited displacement is achieved, and a spring of the damping device does not deform; therefore, the elastic constraint of the damping device on the main beam under the action of slowly varying loads such as temperature and static wind is released, and the secondary constraint internal force of a bridge structure is effectively reduced; when the displacement of the main beam of the bridge is forced to exceed the designed limited displacement under the working conditions of earthquake or continuous longitudinal wind and the like, the spring rigidity plays an elastic reset function, the longitudinal displacement of the main beam is controlled, and the stress states of the stay cable, the beam end expansion joint and the support are improved. According to the damping device, energy dissipation and damping of a large-span suspension bridge and a cable-stayed bridge structure and displacement control of the main beam are met, meanwhile, stress of a bridge structure system is more reasonable, and the use durability of the bridge energy dissipation and damping device is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种限定位移复位的桥梁减震装置,其技术方案要点是通过在左球铰座与外缸套接长段之间设置可滑动连接及限位机构,实现在设计限定位移内减震装置与桥梁主梁之间纵向可自由滑动,减震装置的弹簧不发生变形,从而释放温度、静风等缓变载荷作用下减震装置对主梁的弹性约束,有效减小桥梁结构的约束次内力;当地震或持续纵向风等工况迫使桥梁主梁位移超过设计限定位移时,弹簧刚度才发挥弹性复位功能,控制主梁纵向位移,改善斜拉索和梁端伸缩缝及支座的受力状态。本发明减震装置,在满足大跨度悬索桥及斜拉桥结构耗能减震和主梁位移控制的同时,使得桥梁结构体系受力更加合理,也有利于桥梁耗能减震装置的使用耐久性。
