Reinforced concrete prefabricated cover plate and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a construction method of a reinforced concrete prefabricated cover plate, and relates to the field of pier construction. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a concrete prefabricated slab; the concrete prefabricated slabs are hoisted to the top of the pier to be arranged; second profile steel is placed at the manhole; and concrete pouring is conducted on the top of the pier. The concrete prefabricated slabs with the two ends inserted with the first profile steel are arranged at the top of the pier, the first profile steel at the two ends of each concrete prefabricated slab abuts against the bridge body at the top of the pier, and the concrete prefabricated slabs do not make contact with the bridge body of the pier, so that the concrete prefabricated slabs are immersed in the hollow position of the interior of the pier; the top of the concrete prefabricated slab is not higher than the pier, a manhole is formed in the top of the pier, the concrete prefabricated slab is not placed in the manhole, the second profile steel is placed in the manhole, finally concrete pouring is conducted on the top of the pier, the top sealing work of the pier is completed, and therefore the construction risk is reduced.
