Anchoring structure for two ends of wire dividing pipe cable saddle of prestressed concrete steel-concrete partial cable-stayed bridge
The invention discloses an anchoring structure for two ends of a wire dividing pipe cable saddle of a prestressed concrete steel-concrete partial cable-stayed bridge. A traditional prestressed concrete partial cable-stayed bridge is provided with an anti-sliding key on one side of a bridge tower anchoring area, and the other side of the bridge tower anchoring area freely moves. A branch wire pipe cable saddle is arranged in a bridge tower anchoring area, anti-sliding keys are arranged on the two sides of the branch wire pipe cable saddle correspondingly, and the anti-sliding keys are connected with a single-side bidirectional anti-sliding device; one end of the stay cable is connected with the anti-sliding key in an anchoring mode, and the other end of the stay cable is anchored on the main beam through the stay cable anchorage device. It is guaranteed that in the later maintenance process of the cable-stayed bridge, after the one-way double-side anti-sliding keys on one side are detached, the anti-sliding keys on the other side can guarantee fixation of the cable saddle of the wire dividing pipe; the anti-sliding keys restrain the longitudinal displacement of the stay cable in the range of the cable saddle of the wire dividing pipe, so that the service life and the operation safety of the steel strand stay cable and the cable saddle of the wire dividing pipe are ensured.
本发明公开了一种预应力混凝土钢‑混凝土部分斜拉桥的分丝管索鞍两端锚固构造。传统预应力混凝土部分斜拉桥在桥塔锚固区一侧安装抗滑键,另外一侧自由活动。本发明桥塔锚固区设置分丝管索鞍,在分丝管索鞍两侧分别设置抗滑键,抗滑键与单侧双向抗滑装置连接;斜拉索一端与抗滑键锚固连接,斜拉索另一端通过斜拉索锚具锚固在主梁上。本发明保证斜拉桥在后期维护过程中,拆除一侧单向双侧抗滑键后,另一侧的抗滑键可保证分丝管索鞍的固定;抗滑键约束斜拉索在分丝管索鞍范围内的纵向位移,从而确保了钢绞线斜拉索、分丝管索鞍的使用寿命和运营安全。
