According to the invention, the construction is simple and convenient, the traffic can be opened after the surface is dried, the road occupation time is less, the difficult problems of rainwater leakage, impurity deposition and the like are completely eradicated, and the novel water-stop belt material which is single-component, self-leveling, easy to construct, environment-friendly, low in modulus, cured at normal temperature, high in elasticity and aging-resistant is adopted, so that the water-stop belt has remarkable advantages in the aspects of construction cost, maintenance cost, service life and the like.
