The device has the advantages of being simple in structure and easy to mount, dismount and maintain, meanwhile, loads generated when an earthquake occurs or heavy vehicles pass through a bridge can be dispersed and transmitted to the bridge piers, and the vibration amplitude of the bridge is reduced; and meanwhile, the shaking amplitude of the bridge caused by the influence of crosswind and earthquakes can be reduced, and the effect of better protecting the bridge is achieved.
