Anti-rockfall structure for joint of bridge and end wall type tunnel portal and construction method of anti-rockfall structure
An open cut tunnel structure of the end wall type tunnel portal is connected with a bridge abutment of the bridge, vertical open cut tunnel retaining walls are arranged on the two sides of an open cut tunnel at the back of a portal wall of the open cut tunnel structure respectively, one end of each open cut tunnel retaining wall is connected to a steep cliff, and the other end of each open cut tunnel retaining wall is connected to the portal wall. A concrete layer with the thickness of 5-7 m, an earth and stone layer and a gravel buffer layer with the thickness of 50-70 cm are sequentially backfilled between the two open cut tunnel retaining walls and the open cut tunnel and between the two open cut tunnel retaining walls from bottom to top, the earth and stone layer is backfilled to the position 1.6-1.8 m above the top of the open cut tunnel, drainage pipes are embedded in the open cut tunnel retaining walls, and a guardrail of a bridge is connected with a tunnel door wall. A flexible shed tunnel with the length of 25-33 m is erected above the position between the two guardrails at the end of the tunnel portal wall and the tunnel portal wall, one end of the flexible shed tunnel is connected to the tunnel portal wall, and the two sides of the flexible shed tunnel are connected to the two guardrails respectively. The invention further discloses a construction method of the anti-rockfall structure at the joint of the bridge and the end wall type tunnel portal.
本发明公开了一种桥梁与端墙式隧道洞门相接部位防落石结构,端墙式隧道洞门的明洞结构与桥梁的桥台相接,明洞结构的洞门墙墙背明洞两侧分别设置有竖直的明洞挡墙,明洞挡墙一端连接在陡崖上、另一端连接在洞门墙上,两明洞挡墙与明洞间及两明洞挡墙间从下往上依次回填有5‑7m厚混凝土层、土石层和50‑70cm厚碎石缓冲层,土石层回填到明洞顶部以上1.6‑1.8米,明洞挡墙上预埋有排水管,桥梁的护栏与洞门墙相接,洞门墙端两护栏与洞门墙间上方架设有长25‑33米的柔性棚洞,柔性棚洞一端连接在洞门墙上、两侧分别连接在两护栏上,该防落石结构降低了对基础和场地条件的要求,减小了施工难度也节约了造价,本发明还公开了一种桥梁与端墙式隧道洞门相接部位防落石结构的施工方法。
