A front frame of a hidden flushing cistern comprises a top transverse frame edge, a side frame edge, a lower cross beam, a seat frame and a supporting and connecting assembly, and the supporting and connecting assembly is fixed to the upper portion of the side frame edge. The side frame edges are made of hollow square profiles; the frame further comprises two bottom fixing foot plates, a movable supporting pipe and a fastening adjusting device, the bottom fixing foot plates are fixed to the lower end of the movable supporting pipe, the movable supporting pipe is inserted into the side frame edge, the fastening adjusting device fixes the movable supporting pipe and the side frame edge, and the two bottom fixing foot plates are opposite. Due to the arrangement of the movable supporting pipes, the movable supporting pipes can extend out of the lower ends of the side frame edges, and the extending length can be adjusted; during installation, the height of the front frame can be adjusted, so that the functional part of the front frame can conveniently correspond to the functional part installed in the bathroom, and the installation is convenient.
