The system comprises a urinal and a time control system, wherein the urinal is communicated with a water supply pipe and a collection pipeline; the water supply pipe is provided with a normally closed flushing electromagnetic valve for controlling the on-off of the water supply pipe; the outlet end of the collecting pipeline is divided into two paths, one path of the outlet end is connected with a blow-off pipeline, a blow-off electromagnetic valve is arranged between the blow-off pipeline and the outlet end of the collecting pipeline, the other path of the outlet end is connected with a storage device, and a recovery electromagnetic valve is arranged between the storage device and the outlet end of the collecting pipeline; the time control system comprises a time control switch, the time control switch is connected with a power supply, and the output end of the time control switch is electrically connected with a flushing time relay for controlling the flushing electromagnetic valve, a pollution discharge time relay for controlling the pollution discharge electromagnetic valve and the recovery electromagnetic valve respectively. According to the invention, the flushing interval time and the single flushing time can be set according to the requirements of a user, so that the effects of automatically flushing the urinal and automatically collecting urine are achieved.
