The invention discloses a prestressed profile steel combined joint construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, accurately positioning a prestressed steel strand hole channel for accurately forming a hole in a tubular column, S2, additionally arranging a circular steel tube hole channel to mount a circular steel tube on the tubular column for replacing a corrugated tube, S3, arranging a positioning rib on the outer side of a prestressed steel column, and S4, arranging a prestressed steel strand hole channel on the outer side of the prestressed steel column, in the step S1, a precise positioning mode adopts a three-dimensional measurement technology, a specific numerical value is generated from a three-dimensional coordinate value of a pre-stressed steel strand pore channel by combining a BIM model, and meanwhile, the three-dimensional coordinate is imported by utilizing a digital technology; according to the construction method of the prestressed section steel combined joint, the problems that when corrugated pipes are installed under the existing condition, firstly, the distance and the placing position of the steel bars need to be repeatedly adjusted according to the actual site situation, secondly, the positions of the corrugated pipes penetrating through the tubular column are needed, if holes are not formed in advance, holes are formed in the tubular column later, and the steel bars are dense and hole forming is slow in the positions; and reworking of the vertical steel bars is possibly caused, so that the installation speed of the corrugated pipe is slow, and the construction period is influenced.
