In the production process, the splicing blocks, the semi-cylindrical grooves and the semi-cylindrical protruding blocks can be machined and formed at a time through a four-side planer, secondary machining is not needed, the complexity of the technology is greatly reduced, the size and the position of each semi-cylindrical protruding block are matched with the inner hollow area of the adjacent semi-cylindrical groove, and therefore the production efficiency is improved. The semi-cylindrical protruding block and the semi-cylindrical groove between every two adjacent splicing blocks are matched, each semi-cylindrical protruding block is located in the corresponding adjacent semi-cylindrical groove, each semi-cylindrical protruding block and the corresponding adjacent semi-cylindrical groove are bonded through an adhesive, and the strength of the hollow cylinder formed by splicing the multiple splicing blocks is improved.
