High-strength veneer laminated floor and processing technology thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength wood veneer laminated floor and a processing technology thereof, and aims to provide the high-strength wood veneer laminated floor which can play a role in buffering conducted stress and the processing technology thereof. The device comprises a first plate body, a second plate body and a third plate body, a first stress rope and a connecting block are installed on the first plate body, a plurality of first limiting shafts are evenly distributed in a first connecting groove formed in the top end of the connecting block, the two ends of each first limiting shaft are detachably connected with the front end and the rear end of the first connecting groove respectively, and one end of the first stress rope is connected with the first plate body; the other end of the connecting block is connected with the first plate body after sequentially winding a plurality of first limiting shafts, and a binding rope is installed at the bottom end of the connecting block and connected with the second plate body. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the purpose of buffering conducted stress can be achieved; the induction on the first plate body can be conveniently dispersed and guided; and a structure for further buffering the undulation work in the case of sensing force is provided.
本发明公开了一种高强度的木皮贴合地板及其加工工艺,旨在提供了一种可对传导应力起到缓冲效果的高强度的木皮贴合地板及其加工工艺。它包括第一板体、第二板体和第三板体,第一板体上安装有应力绳一和连接块,连接块的顶端设置的连接槽一内均匀分布有若干个限位轴一,限位轴一的两端分别与连接槽一的前后两端可拆卸连接,应力绳一的一端与第一板体连接,另一端依次缠绕若干个限位轴一后与第一板体连接,连接块的底端安装有收束绳,收束绳与第二板体连接。本发明的有益效果是:可达到可对传导应力起到缓冲效果的目的;便于将第一板体上感应的分散导向;拥有感应力时开启起伏工作进一步缓冲的结构。
