Environment-friendly durable recyclable floor based on PET/PETG and preparation method
The invention discloses an environment-friendly durable recoverable floor based on PET/PETG and a preparation method, the floor comprises a wear-resistant layer, a color film layer, a base material layer and a mute cushion layer from top to bottom, the base material layer comprises recoverable materials, TPU, stone powder, a chain extender, a flexibilizer, a flame retardant and wood fibers; the recyclable material is PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) or/and PET (polyethylene terephthalate). By the adoption of the technical scheme, the recyclable materials of PETG or/and PET are/is used in the floor base material layer, the prepared floor can be degraded and recycled, meanwhile, the components do not contain plasticizers or stabilizers, in the preparation process, emission of harmful substances is low, and a finished product does not contain heavy metal, formaldehyde and volatile benzene substances.
本发明公开了一种基于PET/PETG的环保耐用可回收地板及制备方法,所述地板从上至下包括耐磨层、彩膜层、基材层和静音垫层,其中:所述基材层的成分包括:可回收材料,TPU,石粉,扩链剂,增韧剂,阻燃剂,木纤维;所述可回收材料为PETG或/和PET。采用上述技术方案,通过在地板基材层中使用PETG或/和PET的可回收材料,使得制备得到的地板可降解回收,同时成分中不含塑化剂和稳定剂,因此制备过程中的有害物质排放低,成品不含重金属、不含甲醛和不含易挥发的苯类物质。
