The invention relates to a plunger type outer wall mortar automatic spraying and flattening integrated device which comprises a hanging basket, a base arranged in the hanging basket, a spraying mechanism and a flattening mechanism, the spraying mechanism and the flattening mechanism are both arranged on the base, the spraying mechanism comprises a plunger type mortar pump, and a spraying head is arranged at the front end of the plunger type mortar pump; the flattening mechanism comprises supporting rods which are arranged on the base and symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the spray head, a roller arranged between the two supporting rods, two baffles hinged to the upper ends and the lower ends of the supporting rods and hanging pieces hinged to the two sides of the two baffles. The two baffles and the two hanging pieces define a quadrilateral cover body, and the roller and the spray head are both located on the inner side of the quadrilateral cover body. One end of the baffle is hinged to the supporting rod, the middle of the baffle is connected with a tension spring, the end, away from the baffle, of the tension spring is connected with the supporting rod, and the connecting point is located above the hinge point of the baffle and the supporting rod. The spraying and flattening integrated device is high in spraying force, the two working procedures of spraying and flattening can be completed through one-time construction, and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
