The invention discloses a large storage tank outer wall omni-directional operation platform which comprises a suspension mechanism, a construction hanging basket and a fixing cylinder, the suspension mechanism is installed at one end of the fixing cylinder, backward pulling steel wire ropes are evenly arranged between the fixing cylinder and the suspension mechanism, and the construction hanging basket is installed below the suspension mechanism. The supporting legs, the index plate and the bearing beam body are installed, so that the structure of the device is optimized, during use, on one hand, the supporting legs are divided into the upper supporting structures and the lower supporting structures, the upper supporting structures are inserted into the lower supporting structures, the upper supporting structures are provided with the multiple assembly holes, and the installation heights of the supporting legs can be adjusted through the assembly holes; on the other hand, the connecting points of the supporting legs and the bearing beam body are designed to be in the index plate form, on the premise that the supporting legs are perpendicular, the angle between the bearing beam body and the supporting legs can be changed by adjusting pin holes of the index plate, and the applicability of the device is enhanced.
