The invention discloses a grouting device for special assembly type reinforcing steel bars, and relates to the technical field of engineering building devices. The grouting device comprises a grouting sleeve, a material injection port and an excess material outlet are fixed to the two sides of the top end of the grouting sleeve respectively, double-faced threaded rods are connected to the two sides of the grouting sleeve in a welded mode, and a grouting anti-solidification structure is fixed to the top end of the material injection port. Through the design that the grouting anti-solidification structure which is convenient to separate and disassemble is additionally arranged in the material injection opening of the device, the device is prevented from being in contact with external temperature and humidity through assistance of the structure in the process of grouting the interior, the possibility of solidification of external grout in the grouting process is reduced, it is guaranteed that grouting is smooth, and the grouting efficiency is improved. The device can be disassembled for multiple times and applied to structures of the same design, and through the design of the assembly type auxiliary locking and positioning structure, the device can better help to position and lock the reinforcing steel bars before grouting, and the situation that the reinforcing steel bars slide, and the final grouting forming effect is affected is avoided.
