The invention provides an embedded lifting and side-hung cabin door mechanism which comprises at least one cabin door assembly, and each cabin door assembly comprises a built-in frame, a lifting and rotating hydraulic cylinder, a rotating arm, a rotating shaft, a first gear, a second gear, a transmission device, a cabin door and a gear anti-rotating rod. The cylinder barrel is fixed to the built-in frame, the other end of the piston rod is fixedly connected with the first end of the rotating arm, and the second end of the rotating arm is connected to the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and rotationally connected with the rotating shaft. The cabin door is fixedly connected to the top of the rotating shaft; the first gear is arranged on the piston rod and is rotationally connected with the piston rod; the second gear is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, the first gear and the second gear are located at the same height and are equal in outer diameter and tooth number, and the first gear and the second gear are connected through a transmission device. By applying the cabin door mechanism, the space occupied by the cabin door mechanism in application equipment can be reduced.
