Inorganic nonmetal anchoring part and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to an inorganic nonmetal anchoring part and a preparation method thereof. The inorganic non-metal anchoring part is characterized in that an inorganic non-metal anchoring part base (2) is made of 0Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant alloy steel, one end of the inorganic non-metal anchoring part base (2) is welded to a furnace shell or a framework, and the other end of the inorganic non-metal anchoring part base (2) is buckled into positioning holes reserved in the inorganic non-metal anchoring part, namely a through hole (4) and a lower semi-closed hole (5); the inorganic nonmetal anchoring part base (2) is wrapped in the heat preservation layer and covered with the fireproof lining, and heat-resisting alloy steel can be prevented from being oxidized and eroded. The inorganic non-metal anchoring part base (2) can be installed once and used repeatedly, so that the construction period is shortened; the inorganic nonmetal anchoring part comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of alumina powder; 10 to 20 parts of silicon carbide whisker; 1-5 parts of industrial silicon powder; and 15 to 25 parts of silicon dioxide powder.
