Hoisting platform for fabricated building construction
The invention discloses a hoistable platform for prefabricated building construction, which comprises a base, a hoisting beam fixed above the base, a hoisting rope suspended on the hoisting beam and an alignment device suspended at the tail end of the hoisting rope, the alignment device comprises a bracket and an alignment rod assembly, the alignment rod assembly comprises a vertical rod, a sliding block and a push plate, a hook is arranged at the bottom of the bracket, and the vertical rod is connected with the sliding block. The support and the vertical rod are matched in a relative up-down moving mode through an electric vertical rod guide rail, the sliding block and the vertical rod are matched in a relative up-down moving mode through an electric sliding block guide rail, the sliding block and the push plate are matched in a relative horizontal moving mode through an electric push plate guide rail, and the vertical rod guide rail, the sliding block guide rail and the push plate guide rail are electrically connected with a control device. The alignment device is controlled by the control device to perform fine adjustment alignment on the component, and the base can be independently fixed on the ground or mounted on various hoisting carts to perform hoisting fine adjustment alignment; a hoisting space can be vacated when a component is hoisted; and the device is suitable for construction of irregularly placed components.
