The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering protective materials, in particular to conductive mortar and a preparation method and application thereof. The provided conductive mortar is prepared from 445 to 450 parts of cement, 1335 to 1350 parts of gravel, 2 to 22 parts of conductive material, 1 to 3 parts of carbon material and 223 to 225 parts of water. According to the provided conductive mortar, cement and gravel serve as basic materials, a conductive material and a carbon material are combined to achieve a synergistic effect, and the conductive material and the carbon material are cooperatively used, so that on one hand, a conductive grid of a new size can be constructed, and the conductivity of the cement mortar is improved; on the other hand, the mechanical property of the mortar material can be improved through the formed grid structure; moreover, the selected conductive material can promote hydration of the cement, and the overall compressive strength of the material is further improved, so that the obtained conductive mortar has the characteristics of high conductivity, high mechanical property and low price, and wide application of the conductive mortar is facilitated.
