The sunlight reflection unfired coating light ceramic plate sequentially comprises a light ceramic substrate, an interface layer, a sunlight reflection functional layer and a finishing coat from bottom to top, the interface layer is formed by curing a micro cement interface agent, and the sunlight reflection functional layer contains titanium dioxide and micro cement. According to the invention, the sunlight reflection functional layer is introduced in an unfired manner, so that the firing process is omitted, the yellowing phenomenon caused by firing of the titanium dioxide glaze can be effectively avoided, meanwhile, the surface quality defects such as pinholes and glaze cracks caused by firing can be reduced, and the sunlight reflection functional layer is loaded on the light ceramic substrate with low volume density. The prepared sunlight reflection unfired coating light ceramic plate is smooth and flat in surface and free of obvious surface quality defects, the sunlight direct reflection ratio is 88-93%, and the sunlight reflection function is good.
本发明属于建筑陶瓷技术领域,具体公开了一种日光反射免烧涂层轻质陶瓷板及其制备方法。日光反射免烧涂层轻质陶瓷板,由下至上依次包括轻质陶瓷基底、界面层、日光反射功能层和罩面层,界面层由微水泥界面剂固化而成,日光反射功能层中含有二氧化钛和微水泥。本发明月采用免烧的方式引入日光反射功能层,免去了烧成工序,可有效避免二氧化钛釉料因烧成而产生的泛黄现象,同时可减少烧成造成针孔、釉裂等表面质量缺陷,并实现了低体积密度的轻质陶瓷基底上负载日光反射功能层。本发明制备的日光反射免烧涂层轻质陶瓷板,表面光滑平整,无明显表面质量缺陷,且太阳光直接反射比为88‑93%,具有良好的日光反射功能。
