A pre-embedded steel bar is pre-embedded in the position, corresponding to concrete of a solid section of a pier body of the prefabricated pier, of a reserved notch in the top face of a bearing platform, a mud jacking hole is formed in the side face of a prefabricated cross beam, a mud outlet hole is formed in the top face of the prefabricated cross beam, and the mud jacking hole, a welding stud post-pouring groove and the mud outlet hole communicate with one another; the welding studs are vertically welded to the top face and the bottom face of the connecting steel plate, one ends of the welding studs are embedded in the top face of a prefabricated pier body and are integrally poured with pier body concrete, and the other ends of the welding studs extend into the welding stud post-pouring groove to be connected with a prefabricated cross beam; before the prefabricated cross beam is assembled and after the prefabricated cross beam and the fabricated prefabricated pier body are assembled, high-strength mortar is pressed into the grouting holes, grouting is stopped after the mortar in the grouting holes freely flows out for a certain time, and the grouting holes are blocked; solid section concrete is pressed into the grouting hole to reach the position of the drainage hole, and the grouting hole is blocked; and a shrinkage-compensating concrete post-pouring belt is poured into the reserved notch in the top face of the bearing platform.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式桥墩的焊钉连接结构,其预埋钢筋预埋于承台顶面预留槽口对应装配式桥墩墩身实体段混凝土的部位,压浆孔设置在预制横梁侧面、出浆孔设置在预制横梁顶面,压浆孔、焊钉后浇槽及出浆孔相互连通;焊钉竖直焊接于连接钢板的顶面以及底面,焊钉一端预埋在预制桥墩墩身顶面内,与墩身混凝土浇筑为一体,另一端伸至所述的焊钉后浇槽内为了与预制横梁连接;拼装预制横梁前,预制横梁与装配式预制桥墩墩身拼装完成后,于压浆孔压入高强砂浆,待出浆孔砂浆自由流出一定时间后停止压浆,封堵压浆孔;于灌浆孔内压入实体段混凝土至泄水孔位置处,封堵灌浆孔;于承台顶面预留槽口内浇筑补偿收缩混凝土后浇带。
