The rainwater drainage system comprises a bridge body and a rainwater drainage assembly, the rainwater drainage assembly comprises a water collecting ditch, a flow guide pipe and a pressure relief pipe, the water collecting ditch is provided with a ditch opening located in the top of the water collecting ditch and a water drainage opening located in the bottom of the water collecting ditch, and the ditch opening is sealed through a cover plate; a water leakage opening is formed in the cover plate, and the flow guide pipe is communicated with the water collecting ditch through a water drainage opening; the pressure relief pipe is arranged on the side wall of the water collecting ditch in a penetrating manner to communicate the water collecting ditch with a preset environment; the water collecting ditch is arranged at one transverse end of the bridge body, and the bottom surface of the water collecting ditch is inclined downwards along a preset direction I; the rainwater drainage assembly further comprises a collecting pipe communicated to the bottom of the flow guide pipe, the collecting pipe inclines downwards in the preset direction II, and the preset direction I is opposite to the preset direction II. The drainage efficiency of rainwater can be improved, collection of the rainwater on the bridge deck is reduced, blockage of the drainage pipeline by garbage and the like is reduced, and damage of the rainwater to a bridge deck pavement layer is reduced.
