The suspended pouring support is welded and fixed to the front end of the front fulcrum hanging basket, an anchor bearing plate is arranged at the lower end of the cable guide pipe, and the positioning assembly is arranged below the anchor bearing plate and supported by a bottom basket of the front fulcrum hanging basket.
