Construction method of fabricated bridge
The invention discloses a construction method of a fabricated bridge. The construction method comprises the following steps that arch foot supports, stiff skeleton supports and arch rib supports are installed; a cross beam is mounted at the top ends of the arch foot bracket and the stiff skeleton bracket; mounting the stiff skeleton on the cross beam; arch rib shells are synchronously installed from the two ends of the arch bridge to the middle; mounting the tie bar bottom die on the stiff skeleton to form an initial bridge; the initial bridge frame is hoisted and installed on a tied-arch bridge support; arch feet are formed on the stiff framework in a pouring mode; the arch foot supports are dismantled, and concrete is poured into the arch rib shells to form arch ribs; a tie bar is formed by pouring in the tie bar bottom die; performing bridge floor construction to form a bridge floor; guardrails are installed on the bridge floor, asphalt is laid, and the tied-arch bridge is formed. According to the method, the initial bridge frame is formed through pre-installation outside the river channel, then the initial bridge frame is hoisted to the preset installation position to complete construction, the construction speed on the land is high, the installation period is short, and the influence on the river reach where the preset installation position is located is reduced.
