The rotating plate is fixedly connected with a fixing column, the fixing column is rotationally provided with a rotating ring, a torsional spring is installed between the rotating ring and the rotating plate, the rotating ring is provided with a protection mechanism, and the first shell is provided with a fixing mechanism. The first shell and the rotating shell swing on the support through the torsion spring, collision force of a vehicle is buffered, the first shell is prevented from being bent and toppled over, and through cooperation of the protection mechanism and the fixing mechanism, the situation that the third shell together pulls the adjacent first shell to be broken and toppled over is avoided.
