The invention discloses a full-closed continuous construction method for a core wall area of a gravelly soil core wall rock-fill dam. Comprising the steps that an inflatable ceiling is arranged above a core wall area of the gravelly soil core wall rock-fill dam, the edges of the inflatable ceiling are fixed to the two banks, an upstream rock-fill area and a downstream rock-fill area, at least a core wall filling area is located in an inflatable ceiling covering area, and the edges of the inflatable ceiling are sealed; and an air supply device is adopted to supply air into the inflatable ceiling, the pressure intensity of the inner side of the inflatable ceiling is larger than the external pressure intensity, the inflatable ceiling is supported, a closed construction space is formed, and the height of the closed construction space is larger than the preset height of the core wall of the gravelly soil core wall rock-fill dam in the construction period. The inflatable ceiling is made of the base cloth, the steel cable net is arranged above the inflatable ceiling, the core wall filling area is covered and wrapped in the two banks and the upstream and downstream rockfill areas, the air supply device is adopted for supplying air to the inner side of the inflatable ceiling to support a closed space for shielding wind, rain and heat, and normal construction can still be conducted in winter and rainy seasons; and annual continuous safe construction is realized.
