The invention relates to a method for jointly installing an adjuster and a volute and integrally pouring concrete. The method comprises the steps that a welded diversion tunnel pressure steel pipe is installed, and externally-wrapped reinforced concrete is poured; mounting and welding the seat ring, and pouring foundation bolt concrete of the seat ring foundation; installing and welding the volute, and then reinforcing and strengthening the seat ring rooting foundation; an adjuster between the volute and the pressure steel pipe is installed and welded, deformation monitoring is carried out on relevant parts of the seat ring, and the welding technology is dynamically adjusted till installation is completed; and pouring the seat ring, the volute and the adjuster between the volute and the pressure steel pipe with externally-wrapped reinforced concrete, carrying out deformation monitoring on related parts, and dynamically adjusting a concrete pouring scheme until integral pouring is completed.
