The invention discloses a dewatering well plugging structure for a high-pressure-bearing water-rich stratum. The dewatering well plugging structure is characterized by comprising a plugging pipe connected with a dewatering well mouth, a water stop ring arranged on the outer wall of the plugging pipe in a ring sleeving mode, a plugging cover, rotating supporting pieces symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the plugging pipe, a rotating shaft with the two ends rotationally connected with the rotating supporting pieces and a plugging ring. The method not only can solve the problems of high water inflow of the high-pressure-bearing water-rich stratum precipitation well and plugging of the precipitation well under the condition of high pressure-bearing water head after the construction of the main body structure is completed, but also can prevent and cope with the blockage of the precipitation well during the construction precipitation period of the main body structure. And the construction of a main body structure is influenced by a large amount of gushing water caused by untimely water pumping and drainage in the dewatering well.
