The intelligent office door lock comprises a lock shell, a normally-open system and a normally-closed system, a handle is movably connected to the center of the lower portion of the front face of the lock shell, the inner end of the handle penetrates through the lock shell, a handle body is cylindrical, one side of the handle extends outwards, and an intermediate gear is fixedly connected to the outer side of the inner end of the handle; the middle gear is connected with an upper gear and a lower gear in a meshed mode, the middle gear and the lower gear are arranged in the lower portion of the lock shell, a rack on the peripheral side of the lower gear is arranged to be a half circle, only a driving motor and a blocking motor are arranged in the lock shell, the upper gear is fixedly connected to the outer side of the output end of the driving motor, and the lower gear is fixedly connected to the outer side of the output end of the blocking motor. The normally-open system comprises a driving motor, an upper gear and an intermediate gear, the normally-closed system comprises a blocking motor, a lower gear and an intermediate gear, through rotation of the lower gear, switching between a normally-open mode and a normally-closed mode of the door lock body is achieved, and the effect of meeting different requirements of office staff is achieved.
