Self-locking fireproof door of transformer substation
The self-locking type fireproof door comprises a bottom plate, a fireproof core plate installed on the corresponding single-side plate face of the bottom plate and a frame used for wrapping the side edge of the fireproof core plate, a pressing plate is further installed between the frame and the fireproof core plate, an elastic supporting device is arranged between the pressing plate and the fireproof core plate, and a pressing strip is arranged on the side edge of the pressing plate. The pressing plate is pressed to press the pressing strip into the pressing groove, so that the locking strip extends out of the strip-shaped groove and is fixed to the door frame, and locking is achieved. Under the condition of places such as a transformer substation, a fire disaster is explosive fire and accompanied by high-temperature and high-pressure impact force, the pressing strip is arranged on the side of the pressing plate and matched with the pressing groove, so that the locking strip extends out of the strip-shaped groove and is extruded on the door frame, brittle fixation between the locking strip and the fireproof core plate can be sequentially damaged by violent impact force, and a gap between the door leaf and the door frame is blocked.
本发明公开了一种变电站自锁式防火门,包括底板,底板对应的单侧板面安装有防火芯板,包括用于将防火芯板边侧包裹的边框,边框与防火芯板之间还安装有按压板,按压板与防火芯板之间设置有弹性支撑装置,按压板边侧具有压条,按压按压板使压条压入按压槽,使锁条延伸出条形槽并固定于门框,实现锁定。在变电站等场所条件下,发生火灾为爆炸式起火,伴随高温高压冲击力,按压板边侧为压条,通过与按压槽的配合,使锁条伸出条形槽,并挤压于门框,猛烈的冲击力可以顺接破坏锁条与防火芯板之间的脆性固定,将门扇与门框之间的缝隙阻断。
