The invention belongs to the field of machining and manufacturing, and particularly relates to an off-line control system and method for air doors of an underground coal mine haulage roadway, and the system specifically comprises a pair of air doors which comprise a first air door and a second air door which are arranged in an underground coal mine roadway at an interval; the at least four label cards are arranged at the head and the tail of the monorail hoist at intervals along the length direction of the monorail hoist; the at least four paths of card readers are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the pair of air doors and are used for identifying the label cards so as to generate identification data; and the air door communication controller is used for receiving the static data and the identification data of the monorail hoist, generating an air door control instruction according to the static data and the identification data of the monorail hoist, and controlling the opening and closing states of the pair of air doors according to the air door control instruction. On the basis of not depending on an underground mine network, low construction and maintenance cost is ensured, meanwhile, the transportation efficiency is remarkably improved, and the operation time is shortened.
