Temperature regulation and control system for ballastless track slab of high-speed railway
The invention discloses a temperature regulation and control system for a ballastless track plate of a high-speed railway. The temperature regulation and control system comprises a refrigeration device, a heat exchange tube, a detection device and a control device, at least part of the heat exchange pipe is used for being pre-buried in a ballastless track plate, and the two ends of the heat exchange pipe are connected with the refrigerating device to form a circulation loop. The detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the ballastless track slab; the control device is configured to be electrically connected with the detection device and the refrigeration device; the control device is further configured to control the refrigerating device according to detection information of the detection device so as to adjust the temperature of the ballastless track plate. According to the high-speed railway ballastless track slab temperature regulation and control system, active regulation and control of a track slab temperature field can be achieved, the temperature difference of the surface of the track slab can be reduced in hot summer, and the purpose of dealing with the defects that high-speed railways in hot areas are prone to temperature buckling deformation, open joints and the like is achieved.
本发明公开一种高速铁路无砟轨道板温度调控系统,包括制冷装置、换热管、探测装置和控制装置;所述换热管的至少局部用于预埋在无砟轨道板内,且所述换热管两端均与所述制冷装置连接,构成为循环回路;所述探测装置用于探测无砟轨道板的温度;所述控制装置配置为与所述探测装置和制冷装置电性连接;其中,所述控制装置还被配置为根据所述探测装置的探测信息控制所述制冷装置,以调节无砟轨道板的温度;该高速铁路无砟轨道板温度调控系统可以实现对轨道板温度场的主动调控,炎热的夏季可以降低轨道板表面的温差,起到应对炎热地区高速铁路易发生温度翘曲变形、离缝等病害的目的。
