A supporting pipe fitting is vertically arranged on the base, and a cantilever rod is rotationally arranged at the top end of the supporting pipe fitting; the cantilever rod is driven to rotate by pulling a first steel wire rope arranged on the cantilever rod, a first pulley is hung on the cantilever rod, and a second steel wire rope is movably connected to the first pulley. The mounting seat is arranged at the joint of the auxiliary rod piece and the supporting pipe piece, and is matched with a labor-saving pulley block composed of a third pulley, a fourth pulley and a second pulley, so that it can be guaranteed that the auxiliary rod piece can always limit the second steel wire rope in the transverse transfer process of materials, and the second steel wire rope is prevented from shaking; and when the lifting handle is pulled, the instant force applied when the cantilever rod rotates is smaller, and workers can transfer the materials to the working face more conveniently.
