Rapid repairing material for high-ductility pavement thin layer
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement repair, and discloses a high-ductility pavement thin layer rapid repair material which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-450 parts of compound cement, 100-450 parts of machine-made sand, 100-400 parts of mineral micro powder, 10-30 parts of a compound expanding agent, 6-25 parts of redispersible latex powder, 6-15 parts of special fibers and 1-3 parts of an F10 water reducing agent. According to the high-ductility pavement thin-layer rapid repairing material, the compound cement is used as a main cementing material, the early strength can be rapidly exerted, the later strength can be continuously and stably increased, and in addition, special fibers are optimally added, so that the material is endowed with high ductility, high crack resistance and high damage resistance; after damage, the high residual strength (90%) is still achieved after secondary loading; in addition, the F10 water reducing agent has good adaptability to a cement-based material, so that the high flow state of freshly mixed slurry is ensured, and the working time is longer.
本发明涉及路面修复技术领域,且公开了一种高延性路面薄层快速修补材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:复配水泥100~450份,机制砂100~450份,矿物微粉100~400份,复配膨胀剂10~30份,可再分散乳胶粉6~25份,专用纤维6~15份,F10减水剂1~3份。该高延性路面薄层快速修补材料,通过复配水泥做为主要胶凝材料,具有早期强度发挥快、后期强度持续稳定增长,另外,专用纤维的优化添加,赋予这种材料高延展性、高抗裂性及高耐损伤能力;破坏后二次加载仍具有较高的残余强度(90%);受损以后,强度还能继续保持增长,具有一定的自修复功能,其次,F10减水剂与水泥基材料有良好的适应性,确保新拌浆体高流态,并有较长的可工作时间。
