Organosilicon polycondensate type high-efficiency water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out a ring-opening reaction on liquid ammonia and ethylene oxide to obtain an N-hydroxyethyl amine compound, condensing the N-hydroxyethyl amine compound and formaldehyde to obtain an N-hydroxyethyl-N-hydroxymethyl amine intermediate, and carrying out a condensation reaction on the N-hydroxyethyl-N-hydroxymethyl amine intermediate and the N-hydroxyethyl-N-hydroxymethyl amine intermediate to obtain the organosilicon polycondensate type high-efficiency water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out esterification reaction on an N-hydroxyethyl-N-hydroxymethyl amine intermediate and phosphorus trichloride to obtain a phosphate-group-containing amine alcohol intermediate, polymerizing the phosphate-group-containing amine alcohol intermediate and a dihydrogroup-terminated polydimethylsiloxane oligomer to obtain an amino-group and phosphate-group-containing organosilane modified oligomer, and carrying out high-temperature dehydration to obtain the high-efficiency water reducing agent. The phosphate group, the siloxane group and the amino group connected to the high-efficiency water reducing agent provided by the invention reduce the liquid-solid interface energy and improve the cement particle dispersion capacity, dispersion stability and mud resistance of the high-efficiency water reducing agent. The water reducing agent disclosed by the invention has a protection effect on reinforcing steel bars of reinforced concrete, is simple in preparation process and good in product uniformity, realizes low cost, environmental protection and multiple functions, and has a good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种有机硅缩聚物型高效减水剂及制备方法,液氨与环氧乙烷开环反应得N‑羟乙基胺化合物,N‑羟乙基胺化合物与甲醛缩合得N‑羟乙基‑N‑羟甲基胺中间体,N‑羟乙基‑N‑羟甲基胺中间体与三氯化磷酯化反应得含磷酸酯基的胺醇中间体,含磷酸酯基的胺醇中间体与双氢基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷低聚物聚合成含氨基、磷酸酯基有机硅烷改性低聚物,再经过高温脱水得高效减水剂。本发明的高效减水剂上连有的磷酸酯基、硅氧烷基、氨基,降低了液‑固界面能并改善了高效减水剂对水泥颗粒分散能力、分散稳定性、抗泥能力。本发明减水剂对钢筋混凝土的钢筋有保护作用,制备过程简单、产品均一性好,实现了低成本、绿色环保、多功能化,具有良好的应用前景。
