The composite base plate comprises an upper base plate body and a lower base plate body, the left side and the right side of the upper base plate body are restrained by the hook-shaped structures on the two sides of the lower base plate body, each of the two sides of the lower base plate body comprises a foundation bolt fixing part and a main supporting rib connected with the two foundation bolt fixing parts, and the main supporting rib passes through the center of the lower base plate body.
