The invention relates to an accurate positioning and assembling method for a beveled anchor pipe of an anchor box, which not only can effectively ensure the position size relationship of the beveled end of the anchor pipe relative to a structural part of the anchor box, but also can realize the matched installation of the anchor pipe and a tower wall and can realize pre-control and guarantee under the condition that the anchor pipe cannot be post-installed. A positioning basis is provided for anchor pipe assembly; secondly, the position relation between the circle center of the anchor pipe and the circle center of the anchor hole of the bearing plate is controlled through the predicted values A, B, C and D and the numerical value obtained after the anchor pipe is assembled; and thirdly, through the operation process of the plumb bob, the projection of the long and short axes of the anchor pipe to the plate surface of the bearing plate is realized, so that the angle relation between the longitudinal base line of the bearing plate and the long axis of the anchor pipe can be adjusted to realize the positioning of the anchor pipe.
